Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Catalina Invasion, organized by Salty Boy LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Event". By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Restriction: The Event is open only to individuals aged 21 and older. Proof of age may be required upon entry.

2. Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the Event Organizer. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Event Access: Admission to the Event is subject to capacity limitations and compliance with venue policies. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or disruptive behavior. Attendees are solely responsible for their belongings. The Event Organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

4. Code of Conduct: Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the Event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, staff, or performers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to individuals aged 21 and older, and in accordance with venue regulations. Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly and ensuring their own safety and the safety of others. The Event Organizer is not liable for consumption or possession of illicit substances.

6. Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The Event Organizer and venue owners/operators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Event. Attendees assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their participation in the Event.

7. Photography and Recording: The Event Organizer may capture photographs, videos, or recordings of attendees for promotional purposes. By attending the Event, attendees grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials.

8. Drink Tickets. Packages may include a "drink ticket." This is a ticket that may be exchanged on the venue premises for select items offered by the venue that have up to a value agreed upon by the Event Organizer and the venue.

9. Changes to the Event: The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including but not limited to the schedule and venue, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the Event Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and may offer alternative arrangements at their discretion.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
